Yes, we require a signed commitment before any work on a web project can begin. This comes in the form of our proposal, which will be sent to you after you fill out the website worksheet and we have an initial phone consultation with you.

Absolutely - and we recommend it! We offer simple Website Care Plan packages that cover site hosting, plugin updates, hacker prevention, site backups, metrics reports, and more. Our care plans can also be customized if your needs fall outside of our pre-set packages.
